Save the Date – Dragon Fruit Project Digital Portal Launch Party!
Come celebrate with us at our upcoming Dragon Fruit Project Digital Portal Launch Party!
Dragon Fruit Project is an intergenerational oral history project that documents queer and trans Asians and Pacific Islanders and their experiences with love and activism from the 1960s to present.
Since 2013, volunteers have engaged with our queer and trans Asian and Pacific Islander hxstories by recording, transcribing, and disseminating over 60 Dragon Fruit Project interviews. As we’ve documented and uplifted our own hxstories, we are working to make them more accessible both for ourselves and for the general public by putting them online, through a digital portal. To celebrate the launch of the Dragon Fruit Project Digital Portal, we are hosting a party!!! The party program will kick off with a special preview of the website, featuring community superstars and highlighted narratives from the project. We’ll also be providing some Dragon Fruit Project limited edition SWAG, snacks, and updates on how you can contribute to our ongoing work!
RSVP here to let us know that you’re joining the launch party!
